A whole grain breakfast porridge similar to Nabisco's "Cream of Wheat". Made from our heirloom HRW Turkey Red Wheat, stone ground.
Mix 6:1- 1/3 cup cereal to 2 cups water or milk for 2 servings and 1/4 tsp salt (if desired). Bring to boil, stirring constantly and then simmer for 3 minues. Stir frequently.
