Flour

Find wheat flours in the wheat tab. Select wheat tab: then select type of wheat desired (e.g. All Purpose = Turkey Red):  then select whole flour (entire wheat berry stone ground) or sifted flour (about 15% of bran is sifted out). Only select berries if you intend to grind the wheat grain to flour yourself.
